The group was formerly Netelusion Limited, founded in 1995, and was listed on the main board of Singapore Stock Exchange on July 2000 (SES/SGX: N37). The group is mainly engaged in investment holding and management services, development and maintenance of game services, game operation, online games, the development of other multimedia products and the issuance of online game cards. Group business covers the US, Europe, Southeast Asia and Mainland China, spanning the entire electronic and network industries.
In June 2010, Netelusion Limited officially changed its name to The Style Merchants Limited, based on the original business operation content, with a view to explore new business opportunities in the mainland fashion and lifestyle product market. "The Carnaby" is the first brand of the group's commercial operation in China. The group aims to make it a pioneer brand in China's women's clothing industry. "The Carnaby" takes the fashion design with unique fashion trend to China as its mission. In the next three years, we will develop a strong terminal sales network in the core of China.
2009 is a new milestone in "the Carnaby". In September 2009, the company entered into a long-term partnership with Asian lady Stefanie Sun. Miss Stefanie Sun, as the shareholder, designer and spokesperson of "the Carnaby", founded the first Yanzi for "the Carnaby" fashion series, which brought unprecedented surprises to everyone.
