The company has a workforce of 1000 workers. The company specializes in the manufacturing of ladies leather shoes, from development to production and the company sells directly to customers worldwide mainly Europe, America and Asia Pacific region. COMPANY ORGANIZATION The factory with its location in Dongguan covers an area of more than 20.000 square meters and is divided into 3 main buildings: the office building, the workshop and the staff dormitory. OFFICE BUILDING DESCRIPTION The office building comprises of 3 floors. On the first floor there is a large lobby where visiting guests are received by the reception. On both sides of the lobby there are multi-function hall and training rooms, where seminars, training and special events are organized. On the second floor, there is a big showroom whereby visiting customers can make their selection from the wide collection of ladies shoes ranging from casual to sophisticated and trendy shoes. The third floor is the company's operational and information center. All the information related to the operation of the company is transferred to the related departments through an internal computer network. WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION There are 3 floors in the workshop building comprising of 4 production lines The cutting department, the outsole department and the warehouse are on the ground floor. On the same level, there is also the technical centre with a standard laboratory to perform testing of the materials. The second floor is dedicated to the production of the company inhouse brand Orizonte and comprises of 2 lasting line and 8 stitching lines The third floor is dedicated to the production of the top brands and the company has installed a full production and packing line similar to that of an Italian factory. The production lines are equipped with the most advanced equipment from Italy to Each production has its own administration office to handle all data and information from the main office. With the aim to create a “green” environment, the workshop is equipped with large-scale air circulating system. THE BRAND ORIZONTE is Risen Footwear inhouse brand. With the creativity of an Italian Studio Andre Maritan, the styles under Orizonte is well received and has achieve the appreciation and satisfaction of the customers. ORIZONTE is now sold not only in major European cities but also in Australia and Japan. ORIZONTE has also established itself in the domestic markets in cities like Shanghai, Wuxi, Hangzhou and Wuhan.
