河北启发纺织集团公司是以生产毛条、梳毛、纺纱、染色、后整理为一体的国家大型一档毛纺企业、国家级企业集团。
　　集团主干企业占地74000平方米，建筑面积66000平方米。集团拥有9个骨干企业，固定资产1.6亿元，流动资金2亿元，员工3600人，生产规模12000纱锭，年设计生产能力10000吨绒线，居中国绒线单厂生产规模之冠。

Hebei Qifa Textile Group with five subsidiaries is the first standard enterprise of the state which engages in the production of wool hand-knitting yarn form top-making, spinning, dyeing to finishing.
The Group occupies about 74000 square metres including 66000 square metres buildings. Fixed assets totals 160 million Yuan, and the flooting capital exceeds to 200 million Yuan. It has 3600 workers to run 12000 spindles. The annual production capacity is 10,000 tons wool knitting yarns.
All sorts of wool spinning yarn with the brand name of Qifa are sold in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the whole China. In 1999, the Group got the license for the use of the WOOLS OF NEW ZEALAND, and in 2000, the Group was regarded as the industrial Member by WRONZ. It acquired ISO9002 international System Acknowledgment in 2000.
The Group has been awarded as Chinese One Hundred Best-run Private Firm, Chinese One Thousand Best-Efficient Rural Enterprise, and it is ranked 59th of the country's 500 largest private businesses. The Group has been one of the largest 10 private enterprises in Hebei Province.
