河北金维羊绒纺织有限公司始建于1988年，现有干部职工260名，其中有工程技术人员45名．拥有总资产1．8亿元．其中固定资产6000万元主要生产山羊绒、羊绒条、羊绒纱和羊绒面料等产品。国内注册商标为“金维”牌．在意大利注册商标为"QCT”。产品以外销为主．在北京和意大利分别设有分公司．产品主要销往意大利、日本、德国、英国、美国、法国等国家和地区，近几年来创汇额始终在我省名列前茅。
2000年以来，公司积极进取，不断拓宽经营领域和市场空间，增加了兔毛、兔绒加工和出口业务并先后在山东蒙阴和清河杨二庄工业区建立了兔毛加工厂．在瑞士成立了爱梦娲丽有限公司。
公司先后被评为河北省”十大私营出口创汇企业”；邢台市“私营企业二十强”，是中华工商联合会会员单位和邢台市特色产品龙头企业；并在2001年通过IS09002质量体系认证。
Hebei GOLDEN FIBRE Cashmere Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988. It now has 260 employees, among which 45 are technicians. It owns a total asset valuing
180 million, with a fixed asset valuing 60 million. Main products include cashmere, cashmere stripes, cashmere yarn and cashmere outside materials. The company owns a registered trade mark in China "GOLDEN FIBRE" and another "QCT" registered in Italy. The products are mainly for exportation. Subsidiaries are set up in Beijing and Italy. Products are mainly sold to countries such as Italy, Japan, Germany, Britain, USA and France. The exportation volume has been in the top list in several years in Hebei Province.
Since 2000, the company kept expanding its business area and market space, adding the businesses of rabbit hair and rabbit down hair processing. It set up rabbit hair processing factories in Mengyin, Shandong Province and Yangerzhuang Industrial Zone, Qinghe County, and founded EMMENVALLEY Co., Ltd. in Switzerland.
The company was awarded "Top 10 Enterprise in Exportation" in Hebei Province and "Top 20 Private-owned Enterprises" of Xingtai City for several times.
