Mengcheng is the birthplace of Chuang-tzu, a famous historical and cultural city, which is located in the Huaibei plain. Mengcheng textile mill is located in Chuang-tzu Road, the county town. The factory area covers an area of 26 mu, with a construction area of 13500 square meters, with more than 600 employees, 180 engineering and technical personnel, 38 million yuan of fixed assets, and the right to import and export. It is one of the backbone enterprises in Mengcheng county.

Mengcheng Huayang Textile Co., Ltd. (formerly Mengcheng textile mill of Anhui province) was founded in 1986. In the past more than 10 years, with the care and support of leaders at all levels, all the staff members have been sharing the same weal and woe, working hard and enterprising and advancing the continuous rolling development of the enterprise under the leadership of the factory leading together and striving for truth and pragmatism. Now it has 20000 spindles and 10000 spindles.
