        BEONE (QUANZHOU) Athletic Co., Ltd located in Jinjiang, Fujian- capital of China shoes, Established in 1993, the company now has developed into an export-oriented company with a complete Designing-Manufacturing -marketing system of its own. After more than 15 years steadily development, now our workshop occupying 12000 square meters. With 24 stitching lines, 4 lasting lines and over 1500 skilled staffs.with our own molding factory, outsole factory,
        and HF factory, we engage in the beginning of outsole mold design of samlpe to final production and mainly specialize in middle grade and high grade sport shoes, casual shoes, hiking shoes, waterproof shoes, boots and so on, the daily output is about 10000 pairs. during this 15 years OEM experience, we make shoes for many famous world brand and progress with them to ensure the high quality for our customer, now we have got the certification of ISO9000:2001 quality management system and ISO14000:1996 environment management system.
        R&D DEPARTMENT is one of our most important department, we know deeply that to survive in this more and more competing shoes industry, we need products that fitted with the need of specific market. To ensure this principle, we conduct market analysis for all our customers each month and keep attending international trade fair all around the world, such as GDS, CANTON FAIR, WSA FAIR and so on. Base on these analysis and with the effort of all the staffs of R& D department, 80 new styles is available monthly and the quantity of samples for our customers is 1500 pairs monthly. Normally samples turnaround for new style is 15 days, for our existing styles is 10 days.
        QUALITY is the life of our company, we take this spirit into control of our production process. Our 50 member QA teams of our own factory engage in the whole process of production from material purchasing until final inspection before delivery. full set of testing machines is available in our factory to ensure this quality control, such as yellow-change-resisting testing machines, pulling force testing machine, aging testing machine, fold resisting testing machine, low temperature crooking and scratching testing machine, cold resisting testing machine and etc.
