Shandong Hongcheng group (formerly Shandong ATV textile Limited by Share Ltd) was founded in 1977, is a textile based enterprise. The existing fixed assets are 400 million yuan, 80000 spindles, 1280 airstreams and 900 looms, of which 290 are air-jet looms (including 190, 280, 336, 340, 360 electronic jacquard, electronic dobby). It has an annual output of 8000 tons of cotton yarn, 28 million meters of cotton cloth, annual sales income of 400 million yuan, and exports of 30 million dollars. In 2001 and 2002, it entered the national cotton textile industry to earn 50 foreign currency before export, and obtained the ISO9002 quality system and ISO14000 environmental management certification of China Import and export quality certification center.
