Jiangyan Hualian knitted garment glove factory was formerly a Hualian garment factory in Jiangyan. It was originally a small factory that founded less than ten years ago with only a dozen employees. It has developed into a private enterprise with a general plant and two branch factories. The main factory is located in the South Industrial Park of Louzhuang Town, Jiangyan. It covers an area of 5000 square meters, with a fixed capital of 5 million yuan, with 250 employees and 30 professional and technical personnel.
At present, our factory has annual output, cotton jersey, sweater, flannelette, gardening gloves 1 million / year, 200 tons of knitted cloth, 1000 tons of sweater, mesh terry cloth and cotton cloth, and production capacity of 200 tons of rib elastic cloth.
Our factory now has 150 sets of gloves production equipment, 40 sets of sweat and flannelette machines, 40 sets of cotton wool machines, 10 sets of spandex robe machines, gloves, fabric inspection equipment, needle detector and cloth inspecting machine, packing baler, etc. Our factory is also preparing to increase 11 air level machines.
