1997年 7月，钰林贸易有限公司在广东省东莞市创立，主要经营TPU与PVC透明条；

2001年10月，钰林塑胶制品厂建立，主要生产TPU透明肩带、内衣按摩液袋；

2002年 8月，开设五金产品生产车间，主要生产内衣配件与金属肩带；

2003年 5月，公司改名为“东莞市钰林服饰辅料有限公司”

2004年 6月，在上海设立办事处，并在东莞设立产品研发部；

2005年 7月，在香港设立办事处；

2004年 9月，开始试做尼龙包胶扣与尼龙包胶钢圈；

2004年12月，开始试做乳贴；

2005年 3月，成立包胶车间与注塑车间；主要生产女性内衣尼龙包胶扣、尼龙包胶钢圈、塑胶扣、吊袜扣；

2005年 4月，成立胶贴车间，主要生产乳贴、时髦贴；

2006年 8月，成立背扣与车缝车间，主要生产内衣背 Buckle and the flanking bra;

2007 years   in July, the establishment of Hunan Yulin Fashion Accessories Co., Ltd., the business scope for positioning of women's fashion items. Because of the need of brand strategy, and the company to open up the domestic market to expand development, set up a production base in Pingjiang (initial construction).  

2008 years   in March, Hunan Yulin Fashion Accessories Co. Ltd started production.
